A volunteer program that engages young professionals in community development by offering volunteer opportunities, networking events, and initiatives to address local social challenges. It empowers the next generation of leaders to make a meaningful impact through advocacy, education, and action.

Some past volunteer opportunities include:

  • GenNext Trivia Night event
  • Help our Community Investment team prepare Welcome Home Kits
  • Build greenhouses for local community gardens
  • Join the After-School Matters program to volunteer at their holiday parties
  • Plant flowers and vegetables in community gardens among local volunteers

I hope to encourage the next generation of volunteers and donors at my workplace and across Niagara to get involved in GenNext events and initiatives.
